Reservation and Payment Policies

Initial consultation is free. A reservation and payment are required for further consultation and coordination services.

At the time of reservation, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all ceremonies and will be applied to the final billing. A full estimated prepayment is due thirty (30) days prior to all weddings or vow renewals. All Wedding Packages are subject to a 4.167% state tax. Fees are based on the wedding couple with one to six guests A coordination fee of 17% is required for parties of more than eight (8) including the bride and groom.

All events held on the following observed holidays are subject to an additional labor fee: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.

Travelers Checks, Personal Checks and PayPal transactions are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

The 20% initial deposit is non-refundable. The thirty (30) day pre-payment is non-refundable after payment.

Privacy Policy

A Heavenly Hawaiian Wedding recognizes your right to privacy and is committed to protecting it.

Our sole purpose for requesting information is to provide better service to you, and thus we will not disclose any information provided to us to any third party without your prior knowledge and consent, unless required by law.

Taxation & Fees

All wedding services are subject to a 4.167% state tax.
North shore and Polihale Beach weddings require an additional $50 travel fee.
